150x: NGC 1087 je jasná, prodloužená 3'x 2'SSV-JJZ a má nepatrně jasnější centrum. Halo je nepravidelné i okrajem i plošnou jasností. Tmavá linie se dá tušit VJV-ZSZ podél hala. JJZ strana je trochu širší a jasnější.
